
Seven people killed, two injured in Hungary crash
A minibus carrying nine individuals crashed into a truck idling in traffic early Friday due to an earlier accident on the M1 highway. The incident occurred near Györ, 122 km west of Budapest.
Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar expressed condolences to the families of the victims, who were foreign nationals. He did not specify their nationality or provide further details from police.
Police told a news site that all victims were men and both vehicles involved had Moldovan license plates.
