A former Australian Men’s Test Captain, Paine brings vast experience as a strategist, mentor, and high-performance leader. His coaching career spans elite roles including the Big Bash League, Australia A, Prime Minister’s XI, and national development pathways, where he is highly regarded for building high-performing team environments.
