The Directorate of Advertisement, Information Department, Government of Sindh, has introduced a cutting-edge Media Management System aimed at revolutionizing the management of government advertisements.
The first phase of this state-of-the-art system, featuring QR code integration, was inaugurated by Secretary Information, Nadeemur Rehman Memon. The innovative system offers a one-window operation for efficient management of advertisement processes, including receiving, issuance, and billing.
It is designed to streamline operations and ensure transparency in advertisement dealings across Sindh. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Secretary Information Nadeem Rehman Memon praised the efforts of Director Information Advertisement, Muhammad Yousuf Kabooro, and his team for their hard work in bringing the project to completion.
“The system is a landmark achievement that will significantly improve efficiency and facilitate seamless advertisement management,” he remarked.
The launch event was attended by prominent officials, including Director General (DGPR) Muhammad Saleem Khan, Director Information Admin Mansoor Ahmed Rajput, Director Press Information Majid Khan, and Deputy Directors Sarwar Samejo, Sarang Latif Chandio, Zafar Mallah, and others. The initiative is expected to set a new standard for advertisement management within government departments and is a step forward in enhancing transparency and operational efficiency.
