The Sindh Police Accident Analysis and Research Center (SPAARC) and foodpanda have teamed up to promote road safety across the province through a significant new collaboration.
SPAARC recently held a comprehensive Road Safety Masterclass for foodpanda’s logistics team, focusing on ensuring the well-being of delivery riders and the communities they serve. Led by Inspector D.B. Ali Suhag, Incharge at SPAARC, the training session was designed to equip foodpanda’s riders with vital road safety knowledge.
The initiative also included practical road training and licensing opportunities provided by the Sindh Police, aimed at fostering safer driving habits among food delivery personnel.
Foodpanda, a leader in the country’s food delivery industry, has not only transformed convenience and variety for consumers but also created employment opportunities by establishing an uninterrupted delivery system. With over 50,000 registered bike riders, the company relies on its riders to ensure timely and secure deliveries. By empowering these riders with road safety principles, foodpanda aims to further enhance its operational success while contributing to safer roads.
This partnership between SPAARC and foodpanda reflects a shared commitment to community safety and professional development for delivery riders, a key factor in sustaining the company’s growth and ensuring public safety.
