Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon announced plans for pink scooter distribution in Hyderabad following successful rollout in Sukkur.
The minister emphasized that alongside free scooters, recipients will also receive driving licenses, helmets, and regular training. He highlighted the government’s commitment to empowering women and boosting their confidence.
In addition to the Hyderabad project, PMM stated expansion of Peoples Bus Service network is underway in Shikarpur and plans are in place for routes between Khairpur and Rohri as well as Tando Allahyar.
The primary goal of these projects, according to Memon, is to provide affordable, high-quality, and comfortable transportation options for the public with a particular focus on women, youth, and working class citizens.
