A major outage crippled social media platform X, affecting thousands across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Pakistan on Monday. According to Downdetector, an analytics tool that monitors outages by collating status reports from various sources, over 23,000 users reported issues with X globally by 8:24 AM Eastern Time.

In Pakistan, the number was notably higher, reaching 254 by 6:42 PM. Despite not responding immediately to inquiries about the cause of the outage, Downdetector’s data suggests that a significant portion of X’s user base encountered problems during this period.

The exact number affected could vary due to the nature of reported issues being submitted by users directly. More information is expected to be available as the situation unfolds.
