Governor Jameel Ahmed stressed that the upcoming currency notes would integrate advanced international security measures to thwart counterfeiting attempts. Furthermore, a design competition scheduled for February will determine the visual aesthetics of the forthcoming currency.
Anticipated to feature vibrant hues, unique serial numbers, intricate patterns, and enhanced security features, these new notes aim to ensure the authenticity of Pakistan’s currency.
Governor Jameel Ahmed reassured the public against any abrupt disruptions, clarifying that the transition process would not replicate sudden currency change.
