Taliban Suffer Huge Setback in Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq, Flee Border Posts and Hide in Mosques

Afghan media reports on recent clashes with Pakistan security forces in Nuristan and Kunar provinces reveal the Afghan Taliban’s retreat from border posts. They subsequently hid in mosques and fled areas disguised as civilians.

Experts attribute Pakistani security forces’ forceful response to cross-border attacks, effectively crushing the Taliban’s intentions. Tribal elders assert that the Taliban failed to provide security and are spreading false information to conceal their defeat.

The Taliban’s negligence has led to widespread starvation among the local population, prompting them to seek assistance from Pakistan’s security forces. Experts emphasize that these operations demonstrate the Pakistani forces’ capability to respond to aggression and their commitment to dismantling terrorist hideouts.
