Tarar Asserts Pakistan’s Growing Role in Global Peace Efforts

ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar highlighted Pakistan’s significant role at the recent Gaza Board of Peace meeting, where Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif forcefully presented the Palestinian cause.

Tarar stated that despite previously facing isolation, Pakistan has now emerged as a pivotal player in major global issues. He described this shift as a triumph for Pakistan’s foreign policy and praised the country’s international standing.

Attaullah Tarar pointed out that US President Donald Trump publicly commended Prime Minister Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir during the inaugural Board of Peace meeting. Trump emphasized the importance of Pakistan’s contributions to peace efforts, which were lauded by both parties involved in the discourse.

Tarar underscored this development as a testament to the positive impact leadership can have on international relations. He cited the cordial nature of the meeting between Sharif and President Trump, indicating mutual respect and support for regional stability.
