The hit series “The Boys” has had a long-standing reputation for critical acclaim and pop culture influence. However, its final season sparked some controversy. In an interview with Variety, creator Eric Kripke was asked if he would change anything about the show.

“No,” he firmly replied. “We landed where we wanted to land.” He further explained that not every story in the series worked perfectly but added, “Every storyline is perfect all the time.”

Despite the mixed reception of the last season, Kripke expressed satisfaction with how the series concluded. He stated, “I’m happy with where it landed,” and added that it has been the best professional experience of his life.

Even though “The Boys” concludes its run, the universe of the supes will continue through two spin-off series.
