Security forces have arrested foreign operative Umar Din, alias Jazba, linked to the India-backed Fitna Al Khwarij terror proxy. In his confessional statement, Umar Din revealed critical details about the group’s structure, funding, training, and criminal activities.

Umar Din told authorities that he joined the banned militant TTP group on January 12, 2025, following a dispute with his father. He said the network comprises 60 to 70 Afghan fighters trained in Afghanistan who operate alongside senior commanders.

The militant admitted that the group was involved in several terrorist attacks, including an assault on Shadi Khel Base and a blast on Kotah Khwah Road, in which seven police officers were martyred during the holy month of Ramazan.

Umar Din revealed that many members of the terror network were addicted to drugs and involved in immoral activities, with some commanders even engaging in sexual misconduct. He said the group’s operations were funded both by support from commanders based in Afghanistan and through criminal activities, including extortion, vehicle theft, and kidnappings for ransom.

He also warned that the organisation deliberately targets young people, using promises of enforcing Sharia law and the idea of “jihad” to lure them in. In his message to the youth, Umar Din urged caution, stressing that the group’s propaganda is deceptive and that young people should stay away from such extremist networks.
