Two killed, five injured in Pindi Bhattian road accident

A tragic accident occurred in Pindi Bhattian on Monday night, claiming the life of a two-year-old girl and leaving five others wounded. The incident happened along the Hafizabad Road when a rashly driven mini-truck collided with a rickshaw.

Maryam Fatima, who was just two years old at the time, lost her life instantly in the collision. Five other individuals were injured as well—Abu Bakar, Kashaf, Abdul Wahid, and Waqar.

Local authorities quickly responded to the scene. Emergency services from police and rescue teams arrived swiftly, shifted the deceased and injured individuals to nearby hospitals. According to sources at the scene, all five victims are in stable condition but remain hospitalized for observation.

Police have initiated an investigation into the incident, seeking answers as to what led to such a tragic outcome on the road. The community of Pindi Bhattian has expressed deep sorrow over this incident and pledged support to those affected by the accident.

With mourning continuing across the city, authorities are urging all drivers to remain vigilant and cautious while navigating these roads.
