US, China Commend Pakistan’s Diplomatic Role in Regional Peace Talks

US Chargé d’Affaires Natalie Baker met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar to discuss the latest regional situation.

Pakistan emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy, urging continued engagement between the United States and Iran. The US diplomat appreciated Pakistan’s positive role in promoting peace in the region.

Ishaq Dar also held a separate meeting with Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong. The envoy praised Pakistan’s consistent efforts to facilitate communication between the United States and Iran, describing them as important for long-term regional and global peace and stability. He acknowledged Pakistan’s constructive diplomatic engagement in encouraging dialogue between the two sides.
