US Destroys Six Iranian Boats, Intercepts Missiles in Strait of Hormuz Operation

The US military has destroyed six Iranian small boats and intercepted cruise missiles and drones fired by Tehran as part of an operation to free up shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. This announcement was made by US Admiral Brad Cooper, head of Central Command, on Monday.

Admiral Cooper advised Iranian forces to stay clear of US military assets during this operation. He also confirmed that a blockade of Iran remains in effect, preventing ships from entering or leaving Iranian territory and exceeding expectations.
