US Department of Justice recently released thousands of pages containing names linked to Jeffrey Epstein, a notorious sex offender who passed away.
This has reignited interest in high-profile figures including Britain’s former Prince Andrew, accused of groping a woman, and US President Donald Trump. European royals and other prominent individuals were also mentioned in the DoJ files.
However, social media users have falsely claimed that people not named in these documents are included, such as Colombian singer Shakira.
Despite these claims, Shakira’s name does not appear in any of the released court documents, flight logs or millions of pages from DOJ releases. Comprehensive lists of names mentioned do not include her. The claim is unfounded.
