US Vice President JD Vance has expressed confidence that the conflict with Iran will not escalate into a prolonged war. In an exclusive interview with USA Today, Vance stated he feels “extremely confident” that US involvement in Iran would diminish even a year later.
He believes success is achievable and emphasized that if diplomacy fails, further tools are available to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. Since April, the war has been under a ceasefire, though efforts for comprehensive peace have seen limited progress.
