Youm-e-Ashur Observed with Solemnity for Imam Hussain Martyrdom

Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and 72 family members were martyred at Karbala for upholding justice, truth, righteousness, and piety.

The 10th Muharram Zuljanah is being observed with solemnity across the country, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Mourning processions have been held in various cities like Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Quetta.

Security has been heightened along procession routes, monitored by CCTV cameras and reinforced police presence to prevent any incidents. Water and milk stands for mourners are placed at key locations across the country.
