Dua Lipa’s mother, Anesa Lipa, posted photos of her daughter and son-in-law on Friday. The images were shared days after their wedding celebrations in Palermo, Italy.

“Love made this moment unforgettable. Love you! Dua & Callum,” read the caption accompanying the photos.

Both Dua Lipa and her sister Rina Lipa commented with heart emojis on Anesa’s post.

Dua had previously shared similar photos last week as she offered a personal glimpse into her wedding festivities.

The timing of Anesa’s post coincides with a controversial statement made by Callum Turner’s former girlfriend, Victoria Villarroel. Although the influencer did not name Turner directly, observers believe she referred to their relationship when suggesting that Callum fell in love with Dua Lipa.

Victoria made these remarks on her Betterhalf Podcast while discussing her ex-boyfriend’s views on dating famous individuals and his aversion to paparazzi attention. She mentioned that he is now engaged to someone who met him at a dinner in London, which could have prompted Anesa’s Instagram post as a countermeasure against the negative perception of her son-in-law.
