Dr Mahnoor’s first surgery was conducted successfully on Wednesday, with skin grafting performed on her face following an acid attack in Quetta. Hospital sources stated that plastic surgeons will continue the grafting procedure in stages, as Dr Mahnoor has injuries on her lips, nose, and around her eyes.

A third comprehensive examination of Dr Mahnoor was carried out by a medical team. The protest against the acid attack incident, organized by the Young Doctors Association (YDA), continued for the fourth day across government hospitals in Balochistan. The doctors are demanding security for medical staff.
