Emergency services, including fire brigade units and disaster response teams, were immediately dispatched to the scene. Authorities are working to confirm the cause of the crash, which remains unclear at this stage.

The Dreamliner, capable of carrying up to 300 passengers, was reportedly fully fuelled for its long-haul journey to the UK. The presence of a large volume of aviation fuel has heightened concerns over the scale of the fire and potential casualties

According to ANI, the aircraft was carrying 242 people at the time of the crash. Officials have not yet released details on the number of survivors or injuries.

Rescue operations are ongoing, and further updates are expected as the situation develops.
