Andrew Mountbatten Windsor Upset with Royal Family Protection Claims

Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is disillusioned with the Royal Family, who did not protect him during his arrest over allegations of misconduct in public office. The ex-Prince is determined to clear his name in front of the world. A royal expert from Daily Mail confirms Andrew’s insistence that he can and will vindicate himself.

This view suggests Andrew believes he has been unjustly treated, with particular criticism directed at King Charles. His friend says: “He views it as though they deliberately blocked out the outside world.” This sentiment echoes what Andrew famously stated in his 2019 BBC interview when he expressed ignorance about events during his trip to America.

Andrew has since withdrawn from public life, residing at Wood Farm on the Sandringham Estate rather than his previous home Royal Lodge. Officers conducted extensive searches at both properties, with thorough investigations at Royal Lodge spanning nearly a week and culminating in the arrest of Andrew himself. On Tuesday, Thames Valley Police announced they had concluded their search operations in Berkshire.

Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright emphasized that investigators require time and space as inquiries remain ongoing, highlighting public interest in the case. Despite King Charles’s supportive statement backing the police action, Andrew believes he has been unfairly targeted by his brother, feeling deeply wronged by this treatment.

Andrew continues to receive financial support and accommodations on the Sandringham Estate, indicating ongoing royal care for him. His current situation stands as a stark contrast to previous public appearances, with Andrew now largely absent from media spotlight.
