HumanX conference in San Francisco showcased Anthropic AI’s growing influence. Over 6,500 executives, founders, and investors attended the event, where artificial intelligence coding systems were a main focus.
Anthropic’s Claude Code was highlighted as a key tool for software development and productivity discussions. The company, founded by former OpenAI scientists in 2021, has maintained growth despite legal challenges and policy conflicts.
Claude Code, released publicly in May 2025, quickly became popular for code generation, editing, and review. Industry experts estimate the software generated billions in yearly revenue, leading to “Claude mania” among business leaders.
Arvind Jain of Glean enterprise AI noted businesses’ preference for a standout AI system capable of handling complex coding workflows. The conference featured Anthropic’s Claude Mythos Preview, attracting interest due to its cybersecurity and reasoning abilities available only to select organizations.
The rise of AI coding agents is reshaping internal workflows, with companies reorganizing engineering teams and treating AI systems as “digital coworkers.”
