Bank Alfalah, one of Pakistan’s leading commercial banks, has introduced AlfaMall on WhatsApp, bringing a new way for customers to browse, select, and purchase products within the messaging platform. With this launch, customers can now:

  • Browse Products with WhatsApp Catalogue: AlfaMall’s WhatsApp Catalogue organises products in an easy-to-navigate format, allowing users to explore a variety of items directly within the chat.
  • Receive Personalised Offers through WhatsApp Broadcasting: Users can subscribe to receive exclusive promotions, latest deals, and new arrivals tailored to their preferences.
  • Make Seamless Purchases Without Switching Apps: Users can add products to their cart and complete transactions within WhatsApp, eliminating the need to visit multiple websites or apps.

The integration of AlfaMall on WhatsApp has introduced a more interactive way to shop, allowing users to connect instantly, explore exclusive deals, and place orders without switching between multiple apps. By messaging on the Bank’s WhatsApp platform, users can instantly access a product catalog, explore categories, and select their favorite items all within a familiar platform. The checkout process is simple, with secure payment options such as debit/credit cards and AlfaMall Instalment Plans. Once a purchase is made, order confirmations and delivery tracking updates are sent via WhatsApp, ensuring a reliable and convenient shopping experience.
