Acclaimed British-born Pakistani actress and model Shafina Patel Shah has arrived in Karachi for a private visit, accompanied by her close friend Ali Saqlain, a distinguished advertiser and social personality.
Ali Saqlain, a prominent figure in Karachi’s social scene, played host to Shafina during her visit, showcasing the city’s vibrant culture and hospitality. The duo was spotted visiting iconic landmarks, hotels, and engaging with business leaders, artists, and social personalities.
Shafina, recent Miss Pakistan World 2023 titleholder and star of Bollywood blockbuster Animal, praised Ali Saqlain’s efforts in promoting Karachi’s positive image. “Ali’s passion for his city is inspiring, and I’m grateful for his warm hospitality,” she said.
During her visit, Shafina was warmly welcomed at the Governor House by Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori and praised the welfare initiatives spearheaded by the Governor’s office. She also visited the Arts Council of Karachi, where Ahmed Shah, the council’s president, presented her with a bouquet of flowers.
