British Singer Lauren Bennett Dies at 36

British singer Lauren Bennett passed away at 36 years old on May 29th in Meopham, Kent, according to a statement from her former musical group G.R.L. The cause of death is unknown as of now. An inquest has been scheduled for October.

of Bennett’s sudden demise sparked speculation about the cause of death on social media platforms. Her father, Richard Bennett, issued a statement through her former manager and The Pussycat Dolls founder, Robin Antin, to dispel rumors surrounding her death.

Bennett was born into a family that appreciated music deeply. She joined G.R.L in 2014 alongside Paula Van Oppen, Natasha Slayton, Simone Battle, and Emmalyn Estrada. Her father shared details about his daughter’s life and the severe reaction she had to prescribed medication months before her death.

Despite medical professionals failing to treat her condition appropriately during her time of need, Bennett remained a deeply loved individual who left an indelible mark on those around her through her music and kindness.
