Cold wave has tightened its grip across the country, with freezing conditions severely affecting northern regions.

In Kalam, Swat, recent snowfall after a prolonged dry spell has caused temperatures to plummet further. The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted rain and snowfall in Balochistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir over the next 24 hours.
