Karachi Police Crack Down on Drug Dealer Anmol Alias Pinki
On Thursday, Karachi police intensified their crackdown on alleged drug dealer Anmol, also known as Pinki. They obtained court permission to interrogate a key suspect already imprisoned for a separate narcotics charge.
During hearings at the Karachi City Court and District and Sessions Court, Darakhshan and Garden police informed the court of significant progress in the facilitation case against Pinki. They sought permission to arrest and question her alleged associate Muhammad Sameer.
The court granted their request in two cases, directing police to interrogate Sameer at Central Jail, where he has been held since his arrest on a hashish recovery case registered in June 2021.
During questioning, Pinki disclosed the names of riders who delivered drugs on her behalf. One such rider was identified as Muhammad Sameer, who used a motorcycle to supply narcotics across multiple areas of the city and is suspected of transferring proceeds from drug sales into various bank accounts.
In a separate murder case registered against Pinki at the Baghdadi police station, a hearing is expected before a judicial magistrate. The complainant, Shehroz, will be produced in court under heavy security to record his statement under Section 164. A body was recovered from the Baghdadi area on April 7, 2026, with a box labeled “Pinki Queen” found in the deceased’s pocket. Initial investigations indicated the unidentified man died from drug use.
