Iran’s leadership has rejected a proposal to transfer enriched uranium abroad. The decision was reportedly issued following internal consensus within the Iranian establishment, with implications for national security and defense strategy. This move could complicate ongoing diplomatic efforts and negotiations between Iran and the United States, where one of the major conditions previously included transferring Iran’s enriched uranium stockpiles outside the country. Trump had also assured Israel that efforts would be made to relocate Iran’s uranium reserves abroad.
