Dar and Egyptian FM Discuss Regional Developments in Call

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar received a call from Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty on Monday. The leaders discussed recent developments, emphasizing the need for sustained diplomatic engagement to promote peace and stability.

Both sides agreed to maintain close contact during this period of heightened regional tension. Deputy Prime Minister also spoke with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi about bilateral relations and regional issues.

Arghachi expressed concern over Israeli ceasefire violations in Lebanon and reported Israeli directives concerning potential military actions in Beirut. He appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in regional diplomacy and requested continued efforts to reduce tensions.
