Tremors from an earthquake were felt in several cities across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Swat, and Malakand. Additional areas affected include North Waziristan, Parachinar, Lower Dir, Hangu, Charsadda, and Swabi.
According to the seismological center, the earthquake had a magnitude of 4.7, with its epicenter located in Southeast Afghanistan at a depth of 98 kilometers.
