In the tech-driven world, artificial intelligence (AI) is quietly transforming how societies function and evolve. The future seems inevitable with AI models and humanoid robots at its core.
Tech billionaire Elon Musk recently echoed this sentiment in an interview with John & Dwarkesh, emphasizing that a future without AI and robotics would be “totally screwed.”
Musk warned of the mounting national debt, noting interest payments exceed military budgets by over $1 trillion. He argued that unless a solution involving AI and robotics is found, the country will eventually face bankruptcy.
Musk underscored the importance of AI as the bedrock of the economy, stating, “We are 1,000% going bankrupt as a country and failing as a country without AI and robots.” Previous interviews revealed Musk’s vision for an AI-powered future where work becomes optional and money loses significance.
As AI continues to evolve at breakneck speed in today’s world, it is clear that artificial intelligence will shape the rules of work, existence, labour markets, global competition, and the world order.
