
Gold prices in Pakistan surged on Tuesday, mirroring global market trends. In local markets, gold’s cost per tola climbed to Rs455,063, marking an increase of Rs2,830 from Monday.
The price for 10-gram gold rose to Rs389,534, reflecting a gain of Rs2,547 over the previous day, as reported by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Monday, gold’s per tola rate dipped to Rs452,222, down by Rs3,094. Internationally, gold prices climbed $28 to hit $4,326 an ounce, inclusive of a $20 premium.
Silver also saw a rise, increasing by Rs141 to settle at Rs7,314 per tola.
