The President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sindh, Haleem Adil Sheikh, stated during the proceedings of the Anti-Terrorism Court that he has been confined to a ward for AIDS patients in jail.

Sheikh emphasized that the facilities supposed to be provided in jail are not being given, stressing that every individual deserves the right to justice as per the law.

He reiterated that they are not compromising their conscience, and it is essential to stand by what is right.

The PTI leader mentioned that after holding a press conference today, he should leave the flight of compromising his conscience, and those who have compromised their conscience are resting easy.

Sheikh stated that several cases have been filed against him, and he is not allowed to meet with lawyers and family members. He questioned until when innocent people like them would be held in custody, and ultimately, they would have to be released from jails as they respect the country’s law, system, and institutions.

The Anti-Terrorism Court has requested details of the facilities provided to Haleem Adil Sheikh in jail.
