Hot, Dry Weather to Continue Nationwide: PMD Forecasts

Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts dry weather for next 24 hours. Hot conditions expected in plain areas.

Partly cloudy weather with light rain, wind, and thunderstorms anticipated in western Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, northeast Balochistan. Islamabad may see light rain and thunderstorms in morning.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa districts likely to experience partly cloudy conditions. Isolated rain-wind/thunderstorm activity expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Bajaur, Kurram, Khyber, Kohat, Parachinar, Waziristan, and Bannu.

Punjab hot and dry, Potohar region may see partly cloudy conditions. Murree, Galliyat areas may receive light rain with gusty winds and thunderstorms. Dust-raising winds likely in southern districts.

Sindh to remain hot and dry. Balochistan mainly dry, isolated rain-wind/thunderstorm activity possible in Quetta, Zhob, Ziarat, Chaman, Shirani, Qila Abdullah, and Qila Saifullah. Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan partly cloudy with isolated rain and thunderstorms.
