Iranian officials reiterated focus on resolving ongoing conflict, warning against escalation. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi clarified Iran’s gratitude to Pakistan and rejection of US media misrepresentation.

Araghchi emphasized priority for negotiating terms of a “conclusive and lasting end” to the “illegal war.” He called for an end to the conflict imposed on Iran.

Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf highlighted Iran’s preparedness, describing the conflict as Israel’s war. He noted that US bases and assets were targeted due to security breakdowns and losses.

Ghalibaf warned of a robust response to further pressure on Tehran, emphasizing need for regional nations to protect interests independently. Both officials called for enduring regional security without foreign interference.
