Iran’s Araghchi Discusses Gulf Security and War End Efforts in Oman Talks

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met with Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tariq al-Said in Muscat on Sunday. The discussions focused on security concerns in the Strait of Hormuz and broader Gulf waters, as well as diplomatic efforts to resolve the Iran-US conflict.

During the talks, Araghchi stated that the US military presence in the Middle East was fueling insecurity and division. He called for a regional security framework free from outside interference.
