Israeli Strikes Kill Nine in Lebanon; Hezbollah Drone Attack Wounds 12 Soldiers, Escalating Tensions

Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon killed nine civilians, including two children, according to Lebanese officials. The strikes also injured 23 people, with several in critical condition.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah carried out a drone attack in northern Israel that wounded at least 12 soldiers. President Aoun urged Israel to stop targeting civilians and called for an end to ceasefire violations.

The Israeli military warned residents of 15 towns in southern Lebanon about the airstrikes, escalating tensions further. The attacks have killed around 17 aid workers and paramedics, with journalists also coming under attack.
