Jarri Masood Zaidi named CEO of Napa

The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) has announced its new leadership with Jarri Masood Zaidi being appointed as the chief executive officer (CEO). With an MBA in Marketing and MIS from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, Zaidi brings over three decades of experience to NAPA.

Previously serving as CEO and country general manager at 3M Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., his executive leadership extended to Mobil Askari Lubricants and Caltex Oil Pakistan. Now, moving into a new phase with NAPA, Zaidi joins Hamza Ali Jafri, the head of music, and Bazelah Mustafa, the head of theatre.

His expertise in strategic planning, governance, financial management, and organizational development will be pivotal as he leads the academy. The appointment comes after a comprehensive review of the leadership structure to align with NAPA’s evolving needs and ambitions for artistic excellence.

Zaidi’s journey at 3M Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., where he demonstrated exceptional skill in international organizations, underscores his commitment to creating dynamic environments that support cultural growth and development. His experience is a testament to his ability to manage complex organizational challenges effectively.
