Kelsea Ballerini recently moved to New York City from Tennessee. The singer made this announcement during an Evening with the Grand Ole Opry event at Carnegie Hall last month.
However, Kelsea clarified her time in NYC is temporary and she plans to stay only through the summer. She expressed excitement about discovering new things in the city and focusing on herself.
These comments come nearly eight weeks after reports suggested that Ballerini had ended her relationship with actor Chase Stokes. The couple began dating in January 2023, went public at the CMT Awards in April 2023, but split last September according to People magazine.
