Khloe Kardashian discussed her journey towards a healthier lifestyle in an episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land.

She revealed that during her younger years, she struggled with binge eating as a coping mechanism for emotional distress. She sought therapy to address this issue but found it difficult to control her eating habits.

The catalyst for her transformation was her divorce from Lamar Odom, which led her to focus on working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Despite months of dieting and exercising, Khloe admitted she felt insecure initially, noting the discomfort of not seeing significant changes on the scale. However, she persisted, driven by the mental satisfaction derived from achieving her goals.

Khloe emphasized that focusing on eating healthily and regular exercise can lead to clearer thinking and increased mental strength. She also recommended seeking therapy as beneficial for personal growth.
