King Charles set to address nation for Queen Elizabeth II’s milestone birthday
On April 21, King Charles will deliver an address commemorating Queen Elizabeth II’s 100th birthday. The speech will be broadcast nationwide and across the Commonwealth.
Currently residing at Balmoral estate, the King is scheduled to travel with Queen Camilla to London for this significant event.
A special reception at Buckingham Palace will feature representatives from organizations and charities associated with the late Queen, selected by her personally over recent months.
Senior royals, including Prince and Princess of Wales, Princess Royal, and Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, are expected to attend.
Simultaneously, “Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life In Style,” an unprecedented exhibition showcasing the fashion and personal style of Britain’s longest-reigning monarch, opened at The King’s Gallery in Buckingham Palace.
The exhibition, as per a royal family statement, includes over 300 items highlighting Queen Elizabeth II’s remarkable style.
