Lahore ATC Extends Fawad Chaudhry’s Interim Bail in May 9 Cases to May 7

Anti-Terrorism Court Extends Interim Bail for Fawad Chaudhry

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) held hearings regarding interim bail applications filed by former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in five cases related to the May 9 violent incidents.

During the proceedings, ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gul approved one request for exemption from personal appearance. The court extended his interim bail until May 7 and requested arguments from the lawyers in the next hearing.
