Fans quickly noticed Hamilton’s comment and began to debate whether the pair are dating or just friends. One fan declared it official, while another called them in love.
Earlier this year, reports suggested that Kim and Lewis had been seeing each other since January. They were spotted at the exclusive Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds, where they enjoyed all the facilities on offer.
An insider told The Sun that both Kim and Hamilton kept their relationship quiet, with two bodyguards for Kim and a close protection officer for Hamilton outside their room to ensure privacy.
