The Punjab Chief Minister made her way to Vario, where she offered personal sympathies and prayers to the bereaved family. In an emotional gesture, she recited the Fatiha, traditional Muslim prayer for deceased loved ones, thereby showing deep concern for their plight.
Speaking directly to the grieving family, Sharif remarked with deep emotion, “The loss of a mother’s nurturing touch is akin to a tragedy; her presence and light cannot be replaced.” Her words resonated deeply with the villagers, who appreciated her personal visit as an act of support during this difficult time.
