Michael Ward, renowned for his role in Top Boy, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman inside a car. The allegations, which include rape and sexual assault, were made on New Year’s Day at a party at Infinity Lounge in London. Prosecutors claim that after the pair kissed, Ward allegedly proceeded to sexually assault the woman in another parked vehicle.
The victim reportedly tried to stop the assault but was unsuccessful, according to prosecutors. She described feeling numb and scared during the incident. Despite her discomfort, Ward continued friendly interactions with the woman following the alleged assault. Ward has pleaded not guilty to all charges, maintaining that the act was consensual. The trial is ongoing.
