MPA Agha calls on CG UAE

Saima Agha, Member of the Sindh Assembly and Parliamentary Secretary for Sports and Youth Affairs, met with UAE Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Al-Remaithi at his office yesterday. The meeting focused on bilateral matters and future collaborative efforts.

Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Al-Remaithi shared plans to collaborate with the Sindh government to launch several initiatives across the province in the coming days. Saima Agha informed him about the performance of the Sindh government and the efforts of the Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Khan Bux Mahar, who is actively working to promote sports in Sindh.

Agha said, “The Minister for Sports is a young leader himself, and his aim is to inspire youth in Sindh to excel in sports and bring pride to the province and the country.” She added that, following Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s vision, by engaging youth in sports, they can be motivated to shift their mindset and help create a healthier society.

Agha also briefed Consul General Al-Remaithi on the Sindh government’s sports-related initiatives and discussed two upcoming programs that she will be organizing in the coming days, providing him with full details of these events.

Consul General Al-Remaithi assured Agha of his full cooperation and support in carrying out both programs jointly. The meeting was also attended by senior journalist and anchor Syed Mazhar Abbas.
