New Weather System Alerts in Lahore as Rain and Dust Winds Expected Until June 3

A new cloud system with westerly winds has entered Pakistan, increasing chances of rainfall in Lahore and Punjab districts until June 3. The Meteorological Department predicts cloudy conditions today, dusty winds, and light rain in some areas.

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert, directing district administrations to prepare for emergencies due to expected weather conditions. WASA Managing Director Ghufran Ahmed instructs staff to ensure effective drainage arrangements as rainfall is anticipated.

Citizens are advised to take precautionary measures, stay updated on weather conditions, and avoid unnecessary travel during adverse weather periods.
