No Increase in Sugar Prices, Confirms Minister

Federal Minister for Industries and Production, Rana Tanveer Hussain, has firmly denied reports of an increase in sugar prices, assuring that there is no rise in prices across Pakistan.

He confirmed that sugar remains available at PKR 130 per kilogram in retail markets and between PKR 124 to PKR 125 in wholesale markets.

The minister further emphasized that the government is closely monitoring sugar prices under the directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to ensure market stability and affordability.
