In Rawalpindi, Noreen Khan, the sister of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) founder, suffered minor injuries when she tried to cross a construction drain at a checkpoint. The incident went viral on social media, with well-wishers appealing for her speedy recovery.

Noreen was heading inside a building near Dahgal checkpoint to offer prayers. She had planned to jump over the drain but instead fell into it during her attempt. PTI activists who were present there swiftly intervened and pulled her out of the dangerous situation.

Despite sustaining minor injuries, Noreen is now in stable condition at the hospital where she was taken after being shifted from the scene. Her sister Sadaf also encountered a similar mishap nearby but managed to be rescued by their colleagues.

The video capturing her fall has garnered significant attention online, sparking a wave of supportive messages and prayers directed towards Noreen for a swift recovery. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the precarious nature of construction sites in Rawalpindi, where workers often face potential dangers even when crossing what should be safe paths.
