OGRA Announces RLNG Price Reduction for September 2024

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a reduction in Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) prices for September 2024. According to the latest notification, RLNG prices will decrease for both Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) consumers.

For SNGPL users, the price of RLNG has been reduced by $0.15 per million British thermal units (mmbtu), bringing the new rate to $12.92 per mmbtu. Similarly, SSGC customers will benefit from a $0.15 per mmbtu decrease, with the new price set at $11.75 per mmbtu.

This price adjustment is intended to lower energy costs for consumers and support economic growth throughout the month.
